  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
    Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your order. Once processed, your order will then be shipped from one of our global warehouses. This is dependent on stock within each warehouse and, where possible, the closest to your location. Due to the trending popularity of our blenders, orders are currently taking approximately 10-14 working days for your order to arrive. Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates, given the current high demand, and during peak seasons (like Christmas), shipping may be slightly longer. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact with our team, who will be happy to answer any queries you may have.
  • WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM CHARGES AND TAXES?
    When you receive your order from Fresh Juice Blenders, please note that you may need to pay for duties and taxes. If you are buying one of our blenders from outside of the UK, then please be aware that you maybe subjected to import taxes, duties, and any other customs fees. These charges and taxes are your responsibility, and Fresh Juice Blenders cannot cover them for you. Please note that customs departments in your country may cause delays, but we are here to help if you have any questions.
  • WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR RETURNED TO YOU?
    We understand that sometimes things can go wrong with shipping. That’s why all of our orders are sent via tracked shipping and handling. If your package gets stuck at customs, gets sent back, or even goes missing in transit, we'll send you a brand-new blender with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible. All parcels are sent recorded through EVRI, and each order will have a tracking number. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7-10 working days, please get in contact with the team and we will be happy to chase your parcel for you. Please make sure you choose a delivery address where someone can receive your order—or at least have a safe spot to drop them. If no one’s home, they’ll leave it outside, and while we trust EVRI's tracking, Fresh Juice Blenders can’t be held responsible if your package decides to wander off after it’s marked as delivered.
